Welcome to Zscaler's new podcast series.
In the ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape, where the digital battlefield is filled with invisible enemies and hidden threats, a new paradigm has emerged. This challenges conventional wisdom and prompts us to rethink our approach to protecting our digital assets.
This shift, embodied by the Zero Trust principle, challenges traditional notions of implicit trust and instead advocates a model where trust is earned rather than assumed. But as we grapple with this fundamental redefinition, one question resonates in boardrooms and IT departments alike: How does that define Zero Trust today? Are we really talking about “passive trust”?
From the daunting fear of rising costs to the maze of organizational inertia, you'll overcome the challenges and pitfalls that stand in the way of progress. But perhaps most interesting is exploring the changes in behavior within our adversaries and within our own ranks. Peering into the shadows of cyberspace reveals the ghosts that haunt the machines we rely on and sheds light on the invisible forces shaping our digital future.
At the heart of this mystery is a vigilant artificial intelligence tasked with monitoring networks for anomalies, aggressively scanning the digital realm for signs of intrusion. But beyond AI surveillance lies a fundamental shift: a new way of doing cybersecurity.
