If you're looking to give Fallout 76 a try, we recommend you save your time and play Fallout 4 instead, especially since it's so easy to get for free. Fallout 76 definitely plays better in a technical sense, including non-player characters that didn't exist at launch, but overall it's still a poorly designed mess.
This feels less like a professionally made game and more like a fan mod they abandoned midway through, and it's clearly just a combination of single-player games, so I'm not sure they had the courage to release this. I still can't believe it. If you want to play co-op his Fallout, that's your only option, but it's still not recommended.
Fallout 4, on the other hand, is still up and running as far as I know. I was experimenting with a few mods just a few months ago, and now I'm really looking forward to upgrading to the next generation.
As is often the case with Bethesda games, the story is the worst party (I guess that's why this TV show is so well received), but most of the time, especially if you're just messing around with mods. That almost never happens. . For my money, this is the best Fallout game, even more than New Vegas.

sensible parameters
interesting Stella Blade Article And I liked that you didn't try to draw conclusions about whether it was sexist or not. Because I think unless you do something really special, it's in the eye of the beholder.
But I don't think anyone can pretend that she doesn't go a little overboard with the sexual presentation and the absolutely ridiculous clothes and hair that she wears for her role as a super soldier or something… Super soldier or something?
I didn't know there was actually a demo (great marketing from Sony!), but I'm going to give it a try now and see what I think. If it's a well-made game, that's all I care about. Well, within certain sensible parameters. If you're spewing hatred against women or anything else, that's obviously not okay. If the worst thing is that the characters are scantily clad, I think the developers need to expose more, but beyond that, it's fine.

With rumors that Microsoft is planning a hybrid next-gen Xbox that will work like the Switch, wouldn't that mean Sony would have to pretty much make its own Xbox as well? It would be pretty weird if they were the only company without a handheld, even though they have the most experience with handhelds after Nintendo.
I really don't understand why they haven't done it yet since it seems to be very popular in Japan. It certainly seems like they could have put much more R&D into it than PlayStation VR2 or PS5 Pro.
Now they're going to get hit in the post by Xbox. These days, the PlayStation is like a ship without a captain.

coming soon
It hasn't been mentioned much here, so I just want to say that I'm really looking forward to Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes when it comes out next week. For those who don't know, this is from the original creators of the earlier (and I mean better) Suikoden games. It seems to be somewhere between a remake and a sequel (apparently owned by Konami, so no actual characters appear), and to me it looks like the perfect retro-style game.
Unfortunately, director Yoshitaka Murayama passed away just a few weeks ago, but I'm hoping this game will be a fitting homage to his work, and hopefully the start of a whole new series. . Has GC gotten a review version yet?

GC: I'm playing it at the moment.
Wow casting
I'm not sure who would have been best suited to play a ridiculous edgelord character like Shadow the Hedgehog, but Keanu Reeves definitely wouldn't have been my first choice.
A parody of him being a cool, nice guy might work, but that might be too much to ask of the script for Sonic the Hedgehog 3, but I think Keanu did a good job of researching this character and that's what it's all about. I hope you realize it's a big joke. I guess he is, unless he's a Sonic fan.

Interest updated
I finished the Fallout series last night. It took me 4 days, so I wanted to get a little taste of it. It was good. In fact, it was very good and the attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I especially liked when Lucy continued to wear her vaulting jumpsuit with added leather pauldrons and such. I do, haha!
And when Raider gets shot with a doll arm! My favorite weapon is the junk launcher (I pick up anything that isn't nailed down). As such, heads exploding with stacks of dollar bills and super mutants being launched by teddy bears were common sights in my playthrough.
I wasn't able to completely finish Fallout 4, and near the end I was forced to decide between the jocks, the nerds, and the outcasts, but I couldn't decide and ended up moving on to something else. I left and never went back. However, I had played a bit of Fallout 76 and loved Fallout Shelter, so I was still interested.
But now that Fallout 4 has gotten a current-gen update, I'm going back to finish it. We have a variety of power armors with flame decals for you to try out.

Hollywood synergy
As of this writing, I have watched four episodes of the Fallout TV show on Amazon Prime. It's great and really nails the game. It's true that we can't wait for a new installment in the series, but even if Obsidian does make a spin-off of the current Avowed and The Outer Worlds 2, which is scheduled for release later this year, that won't be many years away. It seems like that. Every time it comes out.
Therefore, the possibility of a Fallout game by them is also years away. I hope the Fallout London mod comes to consoles. It looks impressive, but it'll be annoying until a completely new game comes along.
Thank you PC in the comments. If you have Amazon Prime, it's free to mention Fallout 76. You can claim codes for games on Xbox and PC by visiting games.amazon.com. I already have this letter, so I sent it along with it. The PC version of Fallout Tactics is also free for Prime members.

wait for next
As several readers mentioned in their inboxes, I too was wondering if Fallout 76 was worth playing right now. I played it on Game Pass about half a year after its release, and the graphics and frame rate seemed a little lackluster.
After searching around on the internet, it seems like the resolution has improved and so has the frame rate, but I couldn't figure out exactly what that was in the first place. I said I was out at the start of release because I knew it was an online-only experience and they threw the usual single-player scenario out the window.
I read somewhere, I think it was a conversation on Reddit, that there are now non-player characters in the game that weren't originally there. Microsoft's official game page is packed with a series of updates. However, the game requires a subscription to Xbox Live to play, so it is not downloadable content. I was once again irritated by the constant online connection.
I'll wait for the Fallout 4 update on April 25th to see what they've done to get my Fallout fix again. By the way, I have already binge-watched the TV series and really enjoyed it.

I'm really enjoying the Fallout TV series on Amazon Prime. I've always wondered if that was the inspiration for Bethesda to use the song “I Don't Want to Set the World on Fire” in Fallout 3. A portion of this song is used as the intro to the song “Set the World Afire” on Megadeth's album “So Far, So”. Good…so what!

It doesn't actually have anything to do with the video game, unless you want to see what Alien Isolation is based on, except that Alien is scheduled to be back in theaters on Alien Day on April 26th. Make a note of it (such as LV-426 in American date format). Nice.
