International Commerce Center I LLC, owner of the existing 150,660 square foot Class A warehouse, is spearheading the expansion.
About the project: Expected to be completed by the second quarter, the expanded facility will total 285,020 square feet. Located on the southeast coast of North Carolina, 29 miles from the Port of Wilmington, the International Logistics Park serves as a prime hub for business growth.
