Tri-Tech Forensics, a provider of evidence collection and crime scene investigation products, has leased 50,220 square feet of land to facilitate the expansion of its International Logistics Park in Leland, North Carolina.

International Commerce Center I LLC, owner of the existing 150,660 square foot Class A warehouse, is spearheading the expansion.
About the project: Expected to be completed by the second quarter, the expanded facility will total 285,020 square feet. Located on the southeast coast of North Carolina, 29 miles from the Port of Wilmington, the International Logistics Park serves as a prime hub for business growth.
