Trend Micro is using NVIDIA technology to develop new AI cybersecurity tools designed to protect data centers, the company announced Sunday (June 2).
These tools are used to detect intruders and ensure that only authorized parties can view the data.
Data centers store large amounts of sensitive and valuable data, including personal information, intellectual property, and business-critical information.
This makes this information an attractive target for cybercriminals looking to steal, ransom or misuse it.
The tool, which Trend Micro plans to demonstrate at Computex 2024 in Taiwan, will be able to run Nvidia's most advanced chips.
“While much of the industry touts AI security advances, we are demonstrating the business-critical use cases,” said Eva Chen, CEO of Trend Micro.
