Indeed, some campervans are so unique that there are only a few images circulating on the Internet, such as the Streamliner Travel Trailer that appeared before us today.
Look closely, guys, at the pretty aerodynamically streamlined travel trailer before you. Look closely at every angle, every curve, every centerline, window placement, and then feel free to comment on how you feel about it all. Oh, and if anyone knows who this machine belongs to, please let me know. I searched very deeply on Google, but ended up finding nothing. Well, almost nothing. I saw the name Heavy Strömer's somewhere, but I couldn't match the name to the trailer.
Still, I've seen plenty of travel trailers in my time, and I can debate a bit about what the heck is going on here, so I invite you to sit back and take a look at what I think is one of the most inspiring bedrooms on wheels I've ever seen.

Now, I wasn't able to find a ton of information about this camper, but as you can clearly see, it features an eye-catching, streamlined ride. Since cars aren't my forte, I'll just give my opinion. So how did we get here?
First of all, it's important to note the styling of the vehicle that tows this car. Why? The camper is made to match that car, with the same sensual, muscular curves, aerodynamic shapes, and overall sharp, clean look. More on that in a moment. Oh, and because hot rods like this are typically built by the owner, the camper has the same story. You can literally see the hammering that went into shaping the curved lower half of the unit.
Starting from the ground up, we can see that the entire living space is built on just one axle. To build something this big, you need to use a fairly lightweight material, not to mention flexible, but aluminium seems to be the material of choice here, as it not only makes up the bottom half of the trailer, but also the top half, rivets and all, has the same look.

Going back to the shape of this camper, this is the main reason why I decided to feature this gem. If you've ever seen the front of a yacht, you'll know very well what's going on here. Because airflow and the open road are the camper's true domain, the bottom half of the camper sports a rounded look – a teardrop.
While the central crease is clearly visible from top to bottom, the owner of this incredible vehicle definitely knows a thing or two about aerodynamics – in fact, I recently wrote about what may be the most aerodynamic car carrier in the world, designed by none other than Peter Brock, and that round shape is spot on.
As we move rearward, its bulbous front carries air along the sides and finally drops off at the back of the unit by the longest tail I've ever seen on a travel trailer. Factor in the fins that run across the roof and not only is what we're looking at an aerodynamic unit, it's sure to attract attention wherever it's seen. Looking at this, it makes me wonder, why don't more people post more pictures of this unit?
What's really interesting about the design of this car is how everything comes together at the back. From the fins and wheel wells to the side panels, roof panel and giant fin, everything comes together at the back, giving the car a very distinctive look.

The only drawback of today's journey into this awe-inspiring machine is that there are no pictures of the interior. It's a real shame, because I wanted to drool over this “organic” vehicle. But it's clear that inside there's definitely a modular sofa or bed, a galley block, and maybe even a bathroom. There should also be cabinets, batteries, and a water tank.
Finally, bring together everything we've talked about and seen in the gallery and try to place yourself at the center of the action. What would you do in such a unit? Where would you go and who would you meet along the way?
If you ask me, I would go anywhere in this camper, talk to all the people along the way, answer their questions, and when it's all done, park at the edge of the treeline in the forest, have a bite to eat, listen to the birds, lie in bed, cast my eyes over the roof and look at the sky through the giant roof window. Honestly, it doesn't get any nicer than that. For the rest of us, “inspiration” is what we can call this unnamed camper as inspiration to build a different kind of travel trailer to live in.
