Several London Underground stations remained closed on Thursday morning due to staff shortages following a strike.
Hyde Park Corner, Southwark, Tower Hill and Tufnell Park remain closed to passengers following Wednesday's TSSA strike.
This comes after London Overground was hit with delays between Chingford and Liverpool Street due to track trespassers.
TfL said the accident at Clapton caused significant delays to services, but that services were running well on the remaining routes.
Southern train services from London Victoria to Havant and Brighton have also been disrupted, with some routes closed due to a “power supply failure”.

There are delays at the Overground between Liverpool Street and Chingford/Cheshunt/Enfield Town due to an early trespasser on Clapton's track.
Greater Anglia services between London Liverpool Street and Hertford East/Cambridge/Ely and Stansted Express between London Liverpool Street and Stansted Airport are also affected.
Southern services hit by power outage

Trains in the south of London, which run between Victoria, Havant and Brighton, have been disrupted by a power supply failure.
This has led to the closure of some routes, with passengers warning that trains running between these stations may be cancelled.
Disruption is expected until 11 a.m.
Passengers are being advised not to travel in the area between Horsham, Burnham and Worthing.
