SEATTLE — Warmer weather is just around the corner, and many of us are gearing up to get active and get outside this spring. Verizon has the technology to help you make the most of your time and has a plan to protect your devices while you're on the go.
Samsung Galaxy S24+ is a 5G device with a 6.7-inch screen and 50-megapixel camera to help you stay connected wherever you go.
“Going out on a hike or in the crisp spring weather that's just around the corner makes for great photos,” said Heidi Flatt, a technology expert at Verizon.
It also features Google's Circle to Search technology, which uses AI to help you learn more about what you're looking at.
“If you find a plant of interest while hiking, or come across a monument while sightseeing, you can Circle to Search to get more information about that plant,” Flatt says.
Investing in a high quality cell phone case is always a good idea. OtterBox Symmetry Case is his one option for protecting your phone from drops, bumps, and dents.
“If you don't have a good case for your new phone, it's not going anywhere,” Flatt said.
If you're into fitness, the Samsung Galaxy Watch6 Classic is a great option for both beginners and gym enthusiasts. Gain valuable performance insights on duration, distance, calories burned, and more. Pair JLab GO Air POP True Wireless Earbuds with your watch to fuel your workout with motivational music.
“You can go hands-free and stay healthy and track everything,” says Flatt.
The next step is to make sure your device is protected. Verizon Mobile Protect protects you if your phone is lost, stolen, or damaged. We offer cracked screen repair, data recovery, unlimited billing, and more on select smartphones at no additional charge.
Verizon Mobile Protect costs $17 or $14 per line per month, depending on your device. Typically, you can add device protection only within 30 days of activating your device, but from now until April 13th, existing Verizon customers can add device protection to his Verizon Mobile Protect or any other device that fits their needs. You can sign up for protection options.
“We are currently in an open enrollment period, so if you are in good standing, you can add this service or benefit to your active line,” Flatt said.
More information about Verizon Mobile Protect and other device protection options can be found on the Verizon website.
