The PSR sanction applies for an evaluation period at the end of the 2022/23 season and the club appealed on two grounds. The club claims the independent panel erred in failing to treat the sale of a high-profile player immediately following the evaluation period as a mitigating factor, and further erred in choosing not to suspend some or all of the point deductions. did.
