Scotland's Robert MacIntyre will hold a four-stroke lead heading into the final day of the Canadian Open.
The 27-year-old gained five strokes over the final five holes of the third round to reach 14-under par overall in Ontario.
Mackenzie Hughes, Ryan Fox and Ben Griffin are tied for second, while Britain's Tommy Fleetwood is at nine under after shooting a bogey-free 64 on Saturday.
Rory McIlroy was back in contention with a 65 to finish at seven under par as the Northern Irishman made his debut.
“I still have some low scores out there,” said McIlroy, ranked third in the world. “I felt like I could have done better, but I'm back in the tournament and hopefully tomorrow I can be within striking distance of the others.”
MacIntyre, seeking his first PGA Tour win, was 1 over par after 13 holes.
But he made three straight birdies and then sank a 30-foot eagle putt on the par-5 17th hole.
“I just hung in there. I didn't have a good start but even though I'd lose a stroke, I'd bounce back with a couple of good shots on the green and get it back,” said McIntyre, who is being caddied by his father, Dougie, at Hamilton Golf and Country Club this week.
“It never got away from me. A little bit of luck and a little bit of credit to myself for staying in the moment and staying calm. And it paid off in the end with the putt.”
