“Soft pants are essential for traveling,” she said. “They're leggings, but they don't feel like training leggings. They're very soft and comfortable.”

One of her favorite features of leggings is the tummy-control waistline. “The high waist here is incredible,” she said. “It's always handy to have. I like it because it has a little band that holds my stomach in place.” But she also likes the non-see-through four-way stretch fabric, which is made from a blend of polyester and spandex.
