The first time I saw this video, it didn't click with me, but the second time I saw it, it clicked.
Remember the snake? Yes, that old video game we all played on our first flip phones.
There's a famous saying that goes, “Life imitates art,” and while that sometimes feels a little too esoteric to me, considering early video game artwork, it seems like it might actually be true. You can see that there is a gender.
The National Park Service has a great following on social media. Not only does it give you real-life, fun facts and information about America's largest conservation effort; Post some funny tweets Quite often.
Remember these gems?
Well, they're back today with another piece that really entertained me more than I expected.
This video comes from the visitor center at Arizona's Coronado National Monument and shows a Sonoran Mountain kingsnake climbing a wall and actually (mostly) crawling within a mortal communal grid.
Of course, the caption was spot on.
“If you collide, it's game over.”
Is this as much fun for you as it is for me? Something about choosing a groove despite no real reason, let alone how cool it would be to climb straight up a wall. Snakes have always fascinated me, but I know it makes me weird.
Anyway, the National Park Service continues to be big on social media, so I hope you enjoy it.
