Quarterback Kieron Russell (Duncanville, Texas/Duncanville High School), a four-star prospect, has officially accepted an invitation to the 2025 All-American Bowl. Russell, who was selected to play in the 25th All-American Bowl, will compete in the annual East vs. West matchup on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. The Bowl will be nationally televised and will be broadcast live on NBC starting at 1:00 pm ET, featuring the top 100 high school football players from around the country.
Russell was selected by the All-American Bowl selection committee, which includes All-American Bowl, 247Sports and NexGen founder Brent Williams. All-Americans are eligible for All-American Bowl Player of the Year, Anthony Munoz Lineman of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, All-American Bowl Player of the Year and All-American Bowl MVP. award.
Only 100 football players are given the honor of wearing an All-American Bowl jersey each year. His 2025 All-American Bowl, to be held at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas, will be broadcast live on NBC and Peacock.
