How much work should a leader do? How much should they help or influence the team?
Whenever you become a founder, chief, or boss, you have no choice but to support the leadership role. Being a leader is the most challenging privilege I have ever been given. Cursed by incredible visions, you must guide your team through the journey, much like Ulysses led his crew in the Odyssey.
There is one difference between you and your subordinate. You chose to be a leader, but they certainly didn't choose you. Their work and happiness are in your hands. You have the power to change things for the better, so avoid creating hell on earth.
We know that humans are often blinded by greed when dealing with power. Despite the many great things that past and present leaders have accomplished, only ignorant eyes can turn a blind eye to the wars, inequalities, and tensions started by thoughtless people.
So, are women better as heads of state? No one knows about it because it doesn't happen very often. However, from an entrepreneurial perspective, women entrepreneurs are forever changing the face of leadership, even though the gender gap among founders remains large.
As a study conducted by shows, their example is CTO club, improving the world. Employees at women-founded companies have been shown to be happier with their work-life balance, company diversity, compensation, and stay in their jobs longer.

CTO club The study analyzed 20 fastest-growing technology companies around the world with female and male founders. On Glassdoor.com, employees rate companies in the following categories: culture, diversity, work-life balance, compensation, and career advancement. Data on average and median employee tenure was collected from Linkedin.com.
The data shows that compared to companies founded by men, technology companies founded by women have higher employee engagement rates for diversity and inclusion (4.1 vs. 3.8), work-life balance (4 vs. 3.9), and compensation (3.8 vs. 3.7). They report a high level of satisfaction. Employees at companies founded by women stayed on average eight months longer than employees at companies founded by men (3 years vs. 2.4 years)
Employees at companies founded by men report being more satisfied with company culture (3.9 vs. 3.8) and career advancement opportunities (3.6 vs. 3.5) than at companies founded by women.
