McGreevy, a Wakefield resident, ran unsuccessfully as a Republican candidate for the South Kingstown School Board in 2022. The state election commission says it will be sent by certified mail. After a year of unanswered reminders, the board subpoenaed McGreevy in July 2023 and ordered him to produce the missing documents. In response to the court's order, McGreevey maintained her silence.
