It's no secret that many deals take place outside the boardroom.

Need a vacation during the holidays? Some travelers make it happen by booking long layovers. This gives you time to leave the airport and explore for a few hours or days before your next flight.
The hack, known as the “stopover” program, also benefits airlines. Additionally, your layover may include free or discounted hotels, excursions, transportation, and meals at your transit destination.

“Challengers” is a hot new drama that premiered Friday and stars Zendaya, 27, who transformed into a tennis pro for the movie.
Tennis coach Brad Gilbert served as a consultant on the film and trained Zendaya and her co-stars. He told BI that the cast endured hours of playing tennis and training their muscles for the role.

Easy lifestyle changes for weight loss
Megan Chere, 29, from Chicago, was very athletic as a child, but she became less active after entering nursing school. Throughout her 20s, her weight increased and her self-confidence suffered, she said.
In 2022, she made two small changes. The key is to eat a balanced diet while in a calorie deficit and gradually increase your physical activity. Over six months, by restricting her diet and walking alone, Tjelle lost 55 pounds.
