One of many bug fix patches Wuthering Heights, We've had some reports from players that the in-game music isn't playing properly, here are some methods we've found to address the issue.
How to fix the music not playing bug in Wuthering Heights
You may encounter this bug if the background music suddenly stops, even though you have the volume set to 100. In my experience, it happens whenever you teleport to another beacon, regardless of distance, but it seems to happen more frequently when teleporting to Jinzhou in particular.
As of now, there is no confirmed way to fix this issue permanently as the usual troubleshooting solutions (such as verifying files, using the tools option on the game's title screen or rebooting the device) do not work, but there are some temporary solutions you can use until Kuro Games releases a fix patch.
Leave and join the game
If you quit the game (just quit from the menu, no need to close it completely) and log back in, the music will be restored when you return. However, this can become a pain if you're experiencing this bug repeatedly, so it's not the most practical solution.
Join a cooperative mode
Joining co-op would reload the game and restore the music, which never disappeared again while playing with other players, and returned for a short while when I returned to my own game, after which it eventually disappeared again.

No teleportation
This is also not a very practical solution, but it is certainly the most consistent one I have found so far: if you don't teleport to new areas and keep exploring everything on foot, the music will remain in the game regardless of whether you enter a new zone or start a fight. This has the obvious drawback of forcing you to run around the entire map to keep the music playing.
This is a very annoying issue, but thankfully it's not game-breaking so you can still enjoy the game. Wuthering Heights Either way, make the most of it, Kuro Games should release a fix patch soon, so maybe we'll get some further compensation for our troubles.
