The Globus family of brands has launched a new portal and education platform for travel advisors, along with a B2B advertising campaign that highlights the importance of advisors to Globus' business.
The campaign slogan is “We've Got U.”
Camille Oliver, chief commercial officer at Globus, said the message “represents the fact that travel advisors are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we create an unbeatable team that will continue to serve our customers well.” We offer a once-in-a-lifetime experience.”
The company is backing up its words with new tools.
Olivere calls the new and improved Travel Advisor portal “a one-stop shop for exploring next-generation river cruising options and more than a dozen tour styles in more than 70 countries on six continents.” Globus' brands are tour operators Globus and Cosmos, and river cruise company Avalon Waterways.
For the first time, advisors can share itinerary options directly with clients through a new co-branding feature, which Olivere described as providing a “personal call to action” to help advisors drive sales.
Globus said the new portal's updated design and user interface will provide an “improved and more intuitive advisor experience.” Globus also said that it's now easier than ever for advisors to find the perfect itinerary tailored to their clients' specific interests and needs.
This portal allows advisors to book and manage their clients' appointments, including access to all necessary documents.
Advisors also have access to marketing materials and product information.
The company also launched GFOB U, a new educational platform that “integrates background information and core educational elements to create a holistic and harmonious learning environment.”
