You can unlock fast travel by hiring a sorcerer named Carrie. She can be found in Hishan City and can be visited a few hours into the campaign. Carrie will appear in 3 areas and once she appears she must be talked to.
- Along the center lane.
- Further east, in front of some stalls.
- Cross the bridge and take the path to the south.

How fast travel works
