According to a recent update on EA's site, Motive Studio general manager Patrick Krause has announced that Olivier Proulx and Ian Frazier will serve as executive producers and creative directors on the series, respectively, and will continue to work on Iron Man. He said the project's development is progressing smoothly. Kraus said there has been “great progress” with the game this year and that it has already reached some major internal milestones.
“The team has made great progress this year, achieving major internal milestones and laying a solid foundation for future steps. Ironman is a key priority for Motive and we are proud of the work we have achieved to date. I'm very proud of that,” Kraus said.
More updates for EA, Battlefield, and Dead Space
Alongside the Iron Man news, Krause gave fans an update on several projects, including the Battlefield universe. Krauss said the studio is building a new team to assist Criterion, DICE and Ripple Effects on the “Battlefield” series.
There isn't much concrete information about Motive's upcoming Iron Man game. The studio is likely using his Unreal Engine 5, and EA says it will feature third-person gameplay and a single-player story. But EA and Motive have been very good about keeping their cards close to their chest.
