BLACKSBURG, Va. – A trio of Newport News Navalny Oversight Engineering Officers (EDOs) have embarked on a mission to enlighten our nation’s future. Officers Lt. Jack Cathcart, Lt. Latria Johnson, and Ensign Mark Amdahl visited Virginia Tech to lecture to a force of more than 200 cadets from the Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC). The April 24 talk focused on the myriad career opportunities available within the EDO community.
