In a poll that ended April 12, Cincinnati.com readers selected Beacon Orthopedics and Sports Medicine's Athlete of the Week from high school sports activities through April 7.
The Enquirer mailed winter winners' certificates to the athletic department by April 5. The next round is scheduled to take place in late May or early June.
The Beacon Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Athlete of the Week poll takes place during the entire high school season and recognizes athletes from all sports. Here are this week's winners.

Ohio State Baseball Team: Coleraine – Colerain started the season 0-4, but won three in a row, defeating Princeton 5-2 and Sycamore twice, 5-1 and 5-2.
Ohio State Softball Team: Oak Hills – The Highlanders improved to 6-2 this week, defeating Coleraine 5-3, Middletown 15-3 and Badin 18-2.
Northern Kentucky/Indiana Baseball Team: Lloyd Memorial – Lloyd defeated Calvary Christian 17-2 and Newport 22-0, ending a three-game skid.
Northern Kentucky/Indiana Softball Team: Lloyd Memorial –Lloyd ended its losing streak at three with a 9-5 win April 1 at Bellevue.
Boys Spring Team: Badin Volleyball – Badin improved to 6-5 after sweeping Oak Hills, Carroll and Loveland.
Girls Spring Team: Mason 4×100 Relay Team – The 4×100 relay team posted the fastest time in Ohio in its season debut at the Coaches Classic on Friday, April 5th at CHCA. The girls team won with a time of 47.47 seconds, contributing to the overall victory for the Mason girls team. Runners from the first leg to the anchor are sophomore Nora Moore, senior Emilia Cappiello, junior Eden Orr and senior Abby Love.
Ohio State Big School Baseball: Carter Sansone, Colerain – The senior pitched a complete game in the Greater Miami Conference, allowing a total of seven hits and two runs with 22 strikeouts in wins over Princeton and Sycamore.
Ohio State Small Baseball: RJ Hudson, St. Bernard Elmwood Place – The senior had a home run and two RBIs in the win over Taft and had two hits, one RBI and three RBIs in the win over North College Hill.
Northern Kentucky/Indiana Baseball: Ethan Sweat, Lloyd Memorial – He went 3-for-5 with two home runs (one a grand slam), a double, four runs scored and eight RBIs in the Juggernaut's two wins last week.
Ohio State Men's Lacrosse Player: Matthew Swisher, Fenwick – The senior broke the team's all-time scoring record last week with his 151st career goal.
Ohio State Women's Lacrosse: Addie Dailey, Lakota Eastern – She had seven goals and nine draw controls in the win over Oak Hills.
Big School Softball in Ohio: Ashley Meese, Little Miami – In four games last week, the junior went 8-for-13 with six RBIs, four doubles, two runs scored, and one home run.
Ohio Elementary School Softball: Emily O'Brien, Badin – She went 3-for-4 with three RBIs and two doubles in the win over McNicholas.
Northern Kentucky/Indiana Softball: Brooke Moore, Beechwood. – She went 3-for-4 with four runs scored, two RBIs and one stolen base in the win over Danville.
Ohio State Men's Track and Field: Trent Cottrell, Princeton – He won the 400-meter dash at the Vikings' home meet with a new personal record of 51.36 seconds.
Ohio State Women's Track and Field: Hannah Glassmeyer, Lebanon – She won the Herb Hartman Invitational in the 3,200 meters with a personal best of 11:41.78.
Northern Kentucky/Indiana Men's Track and Field: Campbell County Tate Grass – He won the 100-meter dash, 400-meter dash, and long jump at the Camels' home meet.
Northern Kentucky/Indiana Women's Track and Field: Mariah Barton, Campbell County – She won the 200-meter dash, placed second in the 100-meter dash and fourth in the 400-meter dash at the Camels' home meet.
Men's Volleyball: Harrison Wood, La Salle – Wood had 10 kills with six digs and three blocks in the Centerville sweep.
