Last week, Bellingcat and the Sunday Times reported that wanted cartel boss Christopher Kinahan Sr. used the alias “Christopher Vincent” to Google reviews of various restaurants, hotels and other luxury establishments. It was reported that he posted a post revealing his movements and whereabouts.
“Dapper Don” details his travels to Zimbabwe, South Africa, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, the Netherlands, and Egypt. However, since the US Treasury announced a total reward of $15 million for information leading to the financial disruption or arrest of Kinahan Sr. and his two sons (Daniel and Christopher Jr.), Arab There appears to have been no screening for travel outside the Emirates base. ) in April 2022.
Kinahan Sr. inadvertently captured his reflection in a mirror or window in some of the images posted with the review, and Bellingcat and The Sunday Times verified that the account was his. It helped me.
But that wasn't the only thing he unintentionally portrayed in his post.
Further analysis has revealed new details about some of the people Kinahan Sr. traveled with, dined with and socialized with in recent years.
adam wood
According to Kinahan Senior's Google reviews, he has visited Zimbabwe and South Africa multiple times. His visit to these countries was not new information. Several media reports have highlighted that Kinahan Sr. is setting up an aviation venture and is considering Zimbabwe as a new base.
The International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ) and the Platform for Investigative Journalism (PIJ) Malawi previously reported that Kinahan Sr. met a man named Adam Wood during a trip to Zimbabwe. Reports from both organizations said Mr Wood had ties to several companies used by Mr Kinahan and was a key figure in the purchase of Egyptian military aircraft.
ICIJ also reported that the two had traveled together to a humanitarian aviation conference in Egypt in 2019.
Kinahan Senior's Google reviews have more details about these trips.
“I participated in the 11th World Humanitarian Aviation Conference organized by the United Nations and aided by the United Nations. [World Food Programme]” Kinahan Sr. posted. “The service and food were good, as were the conference facilities.'' Among the images Kinahan Sr. posted from this trip are a photo of conference presenters and a belly dancer in what appears to be a bar or restaurant. It also included a photo.
Wood was not clearly visible in the image posted by Kinahan Senior, but a photo published by ICIJ showed the two together at the meeting.
But Mr. Kinahan's Google review page contained some other interesting information that seemed consistent with previous reporting about his relationship with Mr. Wood. In 2022, ICIJ and PIJ Malawi detailed that Mr Kinahan had met with Mr Wood and several others, including an Iranian businessman, at a location in Harare, Zimbabwe in 2019. The photo showed Mr Wood sitting at a table with a group of people, including one person from India. A baseball cap called Kinahan.
An image posted by Kinahan Sr. on Google Reviews reveals new details about the initiative. The incident is believed to have occurred at Thetford Estate, an animal sanctuary about an hour north of Harare. Bellingcat pinpoints the location of the meeting by comparing a 2019 YouTube video showing drone footage of 'Thetford's private residence' with images published by Kinahan Senior, ICIJ and PIJ Malawi. I was able to do that.
PIJ Malawi reported that it had obtained reservations for guests at Amzani Lodge, about an hour away from Thetford Estate, and that they had booked multiple rooms at the hotel for four nights. The group may have been staying at different residences during this trip. Kinahan Sr has also left a review of his Amanzi lodge.
“Spent four nights there for a business networking conference,” Kinahan Sr. wrote.
Kinahan Senior did not respond to requests for comment and Mr Wood could not be reached.

Images of Thetford Estate obtained by ICIJ and PIJ Malawi showed another identifiable face.
To the left of Adam Wood (in this image) is a man wearing a lilac shirt. If you submit a photo of this person to his FaceCheck ID face search engine, you will see his LinkedIn page for an individual named Richard Reynolds.
This detail is obviously not enough to identify someone. However, this study provided important clues that could provide further corroboration.
According to a web search, Richard Reynolds was reportedly convicted in a UK VAT fraud case in 2008 and sentenced to four years in prison. An online search also linked a man named Richard Reynolds to Kinahan's former company. An archived version of the MTK Global website shows Reynolds listed as head of global operations for the now-defunct boxing promotion company co-founded by Daniel Kinahan.
Public documents in an ongoing U.S. lawsuit involving MTK Global Sports Management LLC list Reynolds' full name as “Quentin Richard Reynolds” and detail his aforementioned job title.
MTK Global previously said it had no relationship with Daniel Kinahan since 2017. However, the ICIJ report found that MTK Global's Dubai office was co-located with other companies linked to Daniel Kinahan.
Analysis of the images of Thetford and MTK, as well as other online photos of Reynolds, appears to indicate that the person in the photo is indeed the same person. The features of the chin, nose, sides of the mouth, and eyebrows in the image below all appear to match.
Interestingly, Richard Reynolds' Instagram account, which bears a striking resemblance to the man in these images, only follows a handful of other accounts. Among them is the same company (the company itself has only 12 followers), whose networking event Christopher Kinahan Sr. will be attending in Zimbabwe with his review of Amanzi's Lodge online. said. Reynolds' Instagram account is one of only 27 others following a humanitarian airline called Crescent & Cross, which ICIJ and PIJ Malawi discussed in an email provided by Kinahan Sr. It is reported that it did. However, there is no evidence that Reynolds had any further involvement with the company beyond following him on Instagram.
ICIJ previously reported that the World Food Program said a man named Christopher Vincent Kinahan checked into the 11th World Humanitarian Aviation Conference in Egypt, claiming to be a consultant for Crescent & Cross. Ta.
The outing at Thetford Estate likely took place in late 2019, given that Wood and another man were seen in the same image as Reynolds. promotion Posted at a networking conference in October of that year.
Archives of webpages showing Mr. Reynolds as head of global operations for MTK were captured in May 2019 and May 2020, suggesting that his involvement with MTK continued throughout that period. are doing.
Reynolds also appears to have been captured in an image posted by Kinahan Senior for his review of Thetford Estate. Kinahan Senior's image is the first thing that appears when you type the term 'Thetford Estate Harare' into a Google search.
If you zoom in on this photo, you can see the same person wearing a lilac colored shirt. However, in this image they appear to be wearing dark flat hats.
The Sunday Times reported that Reynolds offered himself as a cryptocurrency investment advisor while in Zimbabwe.
The Sunday Times and Bellingcat reached out to Richard Reynolds via email, but his Instagram account and phone number are listed online, but he did not respond prior to publication.
