“I've done a lot of solo traveling over the years, but one place I always remember fondly is Vienna, Austria. The people were incredibly kind and the food was absolutely amazing. The coffee, The beer and wine scene was really fun.''I'm more of an introvert, but I felt very comfortable going out to wine bars and breweries in the evenings and enjoying the culture around me. There's nothing better than strolling with a glass through a museum displaying some of the world's most beautiful artefacts.''And on the last day, I had the best surprise when I happened to come across the rehearsal of the Lipizzaner stallion.'' .They are world famous show horses and I was taken to the arena to watch them perform.''Vienna will always be one of my absolute favorite places. ”

“I absolutely loved the Red River Delta in Vietnam. Great scenery and great history. We stayed in a cute little hotel run by a grandmother, mother and daughter (and good food, friendly people, all that good stuff!)”

“After a particularly intense period of burnout, both my therapist and PCP told me I needed to take time off from work. It was too scary, so I took care of myself (and one of my two dogs). ) took me on a road trip from Northern California to Joshua Tree.'' Over the course of two weeks, I cooked, drank wine, did yoga, finished the first draft of my novel, smoked weed in the bathtub, and watched black and white movies. I watched it, read the book, and went on endless hikes with my dog. It was my solo moon. I felt very rejuvenated. I would definitely do it again, not because it's medically necessary, but this time proactively. ”

“Sayulita, Mexico! The beaches are amazing, great hiking, surfing, restaurants, bars, and lots of art. The main street is very touristy, so it's best to go a little off the beaten path and enjoy the local charm. The area is generally safe for travelers and offers a great alternative to overcrowded and expensive resorts. ”

“I stayed alone in Dublin and had a great time. However, a tip is to get a hotel close to the center. I was on a bus trip to another city, but it actually got stolen.'' But Ireland in general was a really beautiful place full of friendly people. Twice she encountered racism where she fetishized me as a black woman, yet I never felt unsafe. During our week-long stay, we walked around the city center every day and had no problems. ”

“I backpacked solo through Pictured Rocks in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. I was very nervous at first, but it was great to spend five days alone in nature. .I felt such a sense of accomplishment by the end and had so much time to just think and be present. It was life changing and I can't recommend solo backpacking trips enough. Also, Pictured Rocks is probably the most beautiful place I've ever been to. I was excited every time I looked at the scenery. ”

“I have traveled to Japan alone twice and will be back again later this year. I felt safe both times. I have traveled to Kyoto and Osaka and around Hiroshima prefecture. Japan is probably safer. “I feel that” rather than doing it within yourself. [country.]”

“Alaska is beautiful and should be added to your travel list as soon as possible. I'm over 40 and have traveled alone and hiked all over the state without any problems. I was nervous. The only time I encountered a bear was when I encountered it. The bear was very active.''

“I'm actually a woman who prefers to travel alone. I get to do what I want when I want, and solo travel helps me make new friends along the way. Outside of North America, Berlin, Germany is by far the best.” This is the city I have visited so far. If you're into music and art, this is the city for you. I met a guy at a bar. Then he invited me to hang out at his bar the next night. I showed up at 10 p.m. But he didn't finish until 2 a.m. He introduced me to his regulars while he was at work, and when he was done we went bar hopping, went to a burlesque show in a warehouse, and ended up going to one. I also attended an art party in the evening. The nightlife is great, but the city's history is also unparalleled. We are still friends and I always send friends to his bar when they visit. There was never a man who was not suitable for me, it is impossible to find one in Europe. ”

“I've been to New York and Amsterdam as a solo female traveler. I felt safe and comfortable being alone in both places. There was so much to see and do in both places. Part 2 Of the two, I think I might like Amsterdam a bit better because the people are so nice and it's a very historic city.People in New York might be a bit angry. “I think big cities are often Amsterdam.” Traveling alone is safer because there are more people around and the security tends to be better than in the countryside. ”

“I've traveled to a lot of places. If you want a fun, easy, and great place to travel solo, I highly recommend London, England. London has great walking tours. I love them. I attended a few of them and met a few other women traveling alone. We met up a few times for dinner. Even though I was alone, I didn't feel lonely. I grabbed a sandwich at one of the many convenience stores. I loved buying them and eating them in parks and at cute pubs.Transportation is so easy! The subway is so much easier to use than the New York subway. I had a great time just walking around.”

“Iceland. I rented a car and drove it myself for 10 days. I felt safer than home in the States. It was the most beautiful place I've ever been to! A place I've never been to before that made me feel at home.” I had never been chic.'' I had never lived in Iceland until I went there. I completely fell in love with the landscape and the Icelandic horses. I would like to move as soon as possible. I travel exclusively solo. I do what I like, eat what I want, and see what I want to see without compromising. That's how I talk and meet people, too. If I were to travel with someone, I'd probably just talk to that person without talking to anyone else. Traveling soloI'm more of an extrovert. ”

“Cuba. Hands down. When I went, I had recently gone through a shocking breakup and had booked a trip to Cuba with a friend for my first trip out of the country as an adult. Travel When I left the airport two weeks ago, I got in a taxi with a girl who had spent three months alone in Ghana, and she said, “Relax and have fun.'' “Honestly, it was one of the best experiences of my life. I laughed, cried, fell in love (a Cuban man will do anything for you), and Most importantly, I found myself and closed the final chapter of that relationship.”

“Prague is a great place for a solo female traveler. I went there last fall and it was amazing. The food, architecture, and history were all amazing and well worth the 3-4 day trip. Yes, the people all speak good English, which helped me improve my Czech and gave me great recommendations for hidden gems and non-touristy places. It can be difficult, but I wasn't even afraid of getting lost in the old town after dark one night.I found a hole.I had a drink at the bar at In the Wall and was about to go. I was given directions to get back to the place.”

“I just got back from Paris. I haven't traveled much alone and this was my first time outside of the North American continent. I have pretty bad anxiety, OCD, and I'm on the autism spectrum. I I'm a clumsy banana muffin person, but I decided to go [Paris] I was really happy to be able to celebrate my birthday there. I loved walking around the city center, people watching and enjoying the beautiful architecture. And as a historian, it was incredible to go to museums and places like Versailles and think about all the stories behind the artifacts there. We also walked around a bit at night (not too late, like 8pm or 9pm) and felt completely safe. I felt relieved because there were several other women walking alone. All in all, it was a great trip. ”

“As a solo traveler, I never thought New Orleans would be a good place to go alone, but I was pleasantly surprised! I literally went on a food tour of the city, but I also had a bit of work to do. Although I had to, I don't regret it.'' Over the next two months, push yourself a little harder in the gym. If you can stand the heat, rent a bike at Buzz Girlfriend Nola. I went to him at the beginning of August, and I can't lie, it was tough — but riding your bike everywhere is tough.”
