Additionally, the Board of Directors announced that it will pay a quarterly dividend of $10.94 per share (equivalent to $0.2735 per deposited share) on its Series A fixed rate non-cumulative perpetual preferred stock. Depositary shares representing Series A Preferred Stock trade on the NYSE under the symbol “BOH.PRA.” The dividend is expected to be paid on May 1, 2024 to holders of record of the Preferred Stock as of the close of business on April 16, 2024.
