INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis Public Schools confirmed it is investigating an incident that allegedly occurred between a staff member and a student at Arsenal Technical High School in April. In a statement sent to FOX59/CBS4 Friday night, IPS said it is working with the Indiana Department of Children Services and IPS Police to determine what incidents allegedly occurred between staff and students last month.
