Fiscal 2023 voting results and dividends
Paris La Défense, 24 May 2024, 6pm CET – Assystem SA (ISIN: FR0000074148 – ASY) confirms that its general meeting was held today as follows: Conference Center Etoile Saint-Honoré is located at 21-25 rue Balzac, 75008 Paris, and is led by Chairman and CEO Dominique Louis.
With a quorum of 83.25%, the meeting approved all the agenda items except for Proposal No. 4 (approval of related party agreements).
In particular, at the General Assembly,

It approved the parent and consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31.st2023,

The company also decided to pay a dividend of €12.50 per share for the fiscal year 2023 (including an interim dividend of €7.0 per share to be paid on April 5, 2024), with the remainder to be paid according to the following schedule:

July 10, 2024: Deadline;

July 11, 2024 (after market close): Record date;

July 12, 2024: Payment date;

Following a proposal from shareholders, the company approved an amendment to Resolution No. 15 allowing the company to buy back its own shares. The maximum purchase price per share was increased to €80 from the initial €65, but the rest of the resolution remained unchanged.
