As we previously communicated, restoring access to electronic health records is one of our top priorities in the recovery process. We are pleased to report that we have made positive progress in these efforts. We are pleased to share that we have successfully restored access to EHRs in our Florida, Alabama and Austin markets. Building on what we have learned so far about this process, we are working to complete EHR restoration across all agencies by the end of June. 14. Once EHRs are restored across our network, clinicians will be able to access patient records as they did prior to this incident. While this is encouraging progress in our recovery efforts, our investigation into this incident is ongoing along with the repair of additional systems. This is a complex process that will still take time to complete. Additionally, Ascension Rx retail, home delivery and specialty pharmacy sites are now open and able to fulfill prescription needs. This is the system that allows healthcare providers to electronically submit prescriptions and provide Ascension Rx services for their patients. This means you can send your prescription to Rx Pharmacy. Finally, we want to thank our patients and community for their support during this time, and our dedicated clinicians who continue to provide quality care.” Nationwide: National coverage from WVTM 13
