The program is currently accepting applications for the first class starting August 20, 2024. Expecting to attract students from a variety of sports fields, the program has already received active interest from prominent experts, including Vice President of Baseball Development Del Matthews. Major League Baseball entered the program as a first-year student.
“I have been considering pursuing a master’s degree for the past six or seven years, but as my career has progressed, I have become more and more interested in furthering my education,” Matthews said. “As someone closely involved in the sports industry, I recognize the importance of staying current, especially as young talent enters the market. It gives me the flexibility I need to balance the demands of my job while pursuing my goals.”
