Cincinnati — Joe Burrow has a nice arsenal of weapons heading into 2024, but Sports Illustrated's Matt Verdaramé doesn't think Cincinnati has a top-five “triplet” in the lineup, ranking Burrow, Ja'Marr Chase and Zack Moss seventh in the NFL.
Moss is in his first season with Cincinnati.
“The Bengals are back with another run,” Verdarame wrote. “Cincinnati will be hoping Burrow can stay healthy and perform well this season after calf and elbow injuries limited him to just 10 games and 15 touchdown passes last season. Moss is a new addition who ran for 794 yards on 4.3 yards per carry for the Colts in 2023. Chase, of course, is a top-10 wide receiver who has been selected to the Pro Bowl each of his first three years.”
Cincinnati is ranked behind the Jets, Baltimore, San Francisco, Rams, Chiefs and Eagles, and if all three Bengals players continue to perform well this season, the team should finish in the top five next offseason.
