Air Transat and Porter Airlines are moving forward with a new joint venture (JV) after receiving approval from Canadian regulators several weeks ago. Both airlines have announced plans to expand their existing codeshare into a joint venture in the second half of 2023, which will primarily require Porter's power feed.
