Before you join Part 2 of Leveling Up! Be sure to read Part 1 of our journey through Walt Disney World and Disney Video Games. It explains why Disney welcomed us into their park and we started our journey at Magic Kingdom to learn about Disney Dreamlight Valley..
animal kingdom and Avatar: Pandora's Frontier
Avatar: Pandora's Frontier is a first-person open-world action-adventure game (with co-op mode) in which you play as an abducted Na'vi warrior trained by the RDA, rediscovering your heritage on Pandora. This includes taking fans to an entirely new area: the Western Frontier. And yes, in the game you can ride a banshee, just like the ride in the awesome animal His Kingdom.
Level up! Day 2 began at Animal Kingdom, home to one of Walt Disney World's best themed areas, Pandora – The World of Worlds. Avatar. If, like many of you, you're inspired by James Cameron's historical blockbuster, you'll have to say goodbye to that beautiful bioluminescent planet and our regular old world. If you came home pissed, this is where you want to go. It's like traveling to Pandora without a spaceship. From the moment you step into this part of the park, you'll be surrounded by floating mountains, glowing plants, and Na'vi culture.
Then things really get better.the world of Avatar It's also home to Flight of Passage, one of Walt Disney World's best attractions. After some immersive pre-ride storytelling and silly fun, strap yourself into your seat and begin your wild 3D journey as Na'vi his hunter aboard a banshee. During the ride, your horse will pass Pandora high above the ground (there are many huge and exciting drops nearby). The ride itself is great fun, but what makes it special is that it feels like you're actually exploring Pandora. The giant screen is so big and vivid that you won't be able to catch every detail as you fly by.That's where it was fully realized and I appreciated it Avatar In a way I've never experienced before.
It's not just the attractions that have made this happen. The slow ride Navi River Journey is a peaceful journey through the bioluminescent Pandora jungle. There's also a life-size display of my single favorite animatronic at Walt Disney World, the Na'vi Song Shaman. This area has some of the best restaurants and dining options in any of the four parks. Among them is Satu'li Canteen, which we went to. Avatar Themed breakfast. It was so delicious that I got a little excited while eating it, not knowing when I would be able to come again.
If that wasn't enough, our hosts also brought us to Pandora's own store, Windtraders.there are all kinds Avatar There are many goodies you want, but we have chosen something unique.
Windtraders can turn you into a physical (mini) Na'vi. This store features ACE Avatar Maker. There, a technician will scan your face and let you choose from several styles to transform into your Na'vi avatar. In less than an hour, you'll be walking away with your own custom blue action figure. Mine doesn't look like her twin any more than Zoe Saldana's Neytiri doesn't look like her, but I love having my own collection. Especially because it perfectly captures my toned swimmer body. (Note to editors: You don't need to fact-check that we're okay.)
I'm not a big fan of Prime Minister Cameron. Avatar movie. But the real-life recreation of Pandora still fascinated me. I'm curious to see how this experience changes my opinion of the movie.and want to play Avatar: Pandora's Frontier. In Ariel's words: I loved being part of that world, not just seeing it. Until I return to Animal Kingdom, the only place that can take me back into Pandora is a video game.
Not every thrill ride or action-packed game requires a giant blue body or a banshee. The rest has another high-octane game that will take you back to Disney.
Keep leveling up! Part 3: Travel through Walt Disney World and Disney video games with EPCOT and Disney Speedstorm Video Games.
