PONCA CITY, Okla.—–The Pioneer Technology Center (PTC) Practical Nursing Class of 2024 reached a significant milestone last week by celebrating a pinning ceremony. Filled with pride and a sense of accomplishment, the event saw class members transfixed by their families and friends.
