Oma Savings Bank Plc: The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA) has requested a preliminary investigation from the police.
Oma Savings Bank Plc (OmaSp or the Company) has been informed that the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA) has filed a preliminary police investigation request regarding securities market crimes relating to the Company. At the same time, the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA) announced that it would investigate the need to impose administrative sanctions on the company. Furthermore, the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority stated in a statement that the company's financial position is stable, with good liquidity and capital adequacy. We operate under the supervision of the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA).
OmaSp will fully cooperate with authorities and help clarify the matter.
