I have lived in District 11 since November 1985 and have always lived here except when I was away for college.

Most of my donations came from friends, neighbors, and family. This is a humbling experience because so many people are making sacrifices to support candidates they believe in. We have successfully created a rally where people can listen to the campaign and contribute to the cause. In addition, we are eligible for public financing and have contributed and will continue to contribute matching funds.
Funds spent so far have been used to create and print public relations materials such as flyers, signage and a website. We pay for compliance/consultancy services to ensure your finances are properly recorded and scrutinized for issues.

I just started my campaign on April 13th and am raising money from friends, neighbors, supporters of my recent Democratic County Central Committee campaign, and organized labor. So far I've raised over $50,000 for her and spent very little, including buying a nice window sign.

My campaign financing is clear and uncomplicated. His expenses to date have remained less than $200, allocated primarily to hosting his website and printing flyers at Office Depot, and are funded from his personal income.
I remain steadfast in my belief that you cannot buy votes, and I am confident in my ability to secure victory without being a top fundraiser. My constituents recognize me as the leader our community needs and deserves.
