The platform aims to be a comprehensive, one-stop solution where users can book concierge services such as hotels, transportation, restaurants, activities and attractions without having to switch between multiple platforms. Furthermore, we establish seamless connections with transport platforms and various railway companies, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted journey.
In the next phase, Saudia plans to introduce additional features such as voice commands and digital payment solutions. Through the always-on Travel Companion, accessed through the communications e-SIM card provided by Saudia, users can enjoy global access without relying on other internet providers. Additionally, users can purchase data packages for additional applications, ensuring continuous access to the platform's services.
