Prince Frederick, Maryland – In an effort to enhance access to essential services and supports for residents, Calvert County Government is proud to announce the launch of a new Facebook page dedicated to local resources. This platform is designed to provide residents with a wide range of information and services aimed at improving the quality of life for all county residents.
The Community Resources Facebook page is available at www.facebook.com/CalvertCountyCommunityResources. This page allows Calvert County residents to easily find comprehensive information and up-to-date information on available resources, including housing assistance, food assistance programs, veteran resources, family support services, and behavioral health services. It acts as a hub where you can.
“As part of our continued commitment to serving and supporting our community, we recognized the need for a centralized channel to simplify the process of finding and accessing resources,” said Jennifer Morean, Director of Community Resources. Mr. Do says: “With the launch of this Facebook page, we are taking an important step in ensuring our residents have the information they need at their fingertips.”
This page includes regular updates about new and existing programs, tips for using our services, community events, news, and more. It also provides an additional platform for residents to ask questions, share feedback, and engage with the community in meaningful ways.
