It looks like Kena: Bridge of Spirits will be released for Xbox consoles.
Two and a half years after its original release, the Xbox Series X/S version has been classified by the Entertainment Software Review Board.
Kena: Bridge of Spirits was released in September 2021 as a timed exclusive for PS5, PS4, and PC via the Epic Games Store.
In an interview published to coincide with the game's release, Ember Lab co-founder and COO Josh Grier said the studio might bring the game to other platforms in the future. He said that he has not ruled out.
“We are currently focused on limited time launches for PlayStation and Epic Games Store,” he said. “After the launch and break, we will consider releasing on other platforms.”
The title was released on Steam in September 2022 with an anniversary update that introduced features such as New Game+.
According to Ember Lab, Kena is a “story-driven action-adventure that combines exploration and fast-paced combat.”
The game challenges players to “uncover the past as Kena, a young spirit guide searching for a sacred mountain temple.” She enlists the help of her adorable (but powerful) spirit companion Lot to free the spirits trapped in a forgotten village. ”
The game received positive reviews from critics, receiving scores of 76 (PS4), 81 (PS5), and 83 (PC) on review aggregation site Metacritic.
