There are a lot of great games coming in the first half of 2024, and fans can't wait to get their hands on them.
Eagle-eyed PlayStation fans were able to get their hands on some of the upcoming exclusive games early, and were blown away by what they saw playing.
On Saturday (March 9, 2024), a 45-minute demo of Stellar Blade was quietly uploaded to the PlayStation Store.
People could play the first section of the game to understand the combat, learn more about the characters, and get a feel for the game.
However, the demo version was removed from the store just a few hours later and its license revoked.
This means that even if you download the demo, you won't be able to play it.
It is likely that the demo was uploaded in error and is scheduled for release at a later date.
Nevertheless, many fans were disappointed that they couldn't play it right away, considering that Stella Blade was very well received by fans.
Those who previously played the demo were surprised and delighted by the combat.
Although Stellar Blade is marketed as an action-adventure game, players praised how it implemented strategic combat based on dodging and parrying, similar to games like Souls.
Players on social media called protagonist Eve's fighting style “elegant” and claimed it was more complex than “button mashing.”
Many PlayStation fans commented on Eve's character design and were very impressed with some of the more provocative outfits she could wear.
Stellar Blade will be officially released April 26, 2024 However, it seems likely that a full demo will be released by then.
