BALTIMORE (April 9, 2024) — Constellation Finance today recognized key business partners for their efforts in establishing and advancing DEI policies and initiatives, and including diverse employees in key roles on account teams announced the first DEI Honor Roll. We work with Constellation.

Companies were evaluated based on a variety of criteria, including board demographics, the company's DEI structure, policies and goals related to DEI strategy, and creating an equitable workplace. The evaluation also assessed the extent to which diverse talent directly supported teams within Constellation's finance organization.
