The main driver of this growth is international expansion in the Caribbean, where managed services are provided to organizations in the telecommunications, insurance, automotive, and oil and gas sectors through local partners. Crossword Partners has been appointed as the preferred cybersecurity provider for several organizations in the Caribbean region and will be offered in a series of multi-year contracts.

Cyber incident response continues to be a focus area in the Caribbean and European markets, with Nightingale, a cyber surveillance solution, being used to detect signs of ongoing compromise. In the Caribbean, Crossword recently completed a comprehensive response effort against an organization suffering from a large-scale, socially impacting breach by cyber threat actors. Threat actors are individuals or groups who intentionally compromise digital devices and systems and exploit vulnerabilities in computer systems, networks, and software to perpetuate various cyber-attacks, such as phishing, ransomware, and malware attacks. is.
The Nightingale service continues to evolve, and the latest additions fully align the entire service with the U.S. government's National Institute of Standards and Technology's upcoming NIST CSF 2.0 framework. It was developed to enable companies, especially those in regulated industries with increasing audit and compliance needs, to adopt a strong cyber framework to demonstrate cybersecurity maturity. As part of the Nightingale service, regular compliance reports are generated along with a series of technical assessments to enable organizations to report on and demonstrate compliance with the framework.
Crossword continues to enhance Nightingale's monitoring, response, and SOC (Security Operating Center) capabilities with extensive and deep data collection and integration with systems such as Darktrace, Microsoft Defender, and Sentinel. Threat intelligence continues to play an increasingly important role at Nightingale, with an increasing amount of threat detection feeds powering the platform's threat detection.
