GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Artificial intelligence and cybersecurity are increasingly part of our daily work lives. Learn how to navigate this evolving technology landscape and lead effectively in our free program titled “AI, Cybersecurity, Leadership, OH MY!”
The Digital Health Information Technology Education Summit will be held from 9 a.m. to noon on March 15, 2024, at Santa Fe College's Blount Hall (530 W. University Ave.). The summit is sponsored by the University of Santa Fe's Health Information Technology Program, the University's Business Program, Information Technology Education, Emerging Technologies, and the Northeast Florida Health Information Management Association (NFHIMA).
The summit is open to all industry sectors and is designed to help attendees address the following questions: “Where will you be in 10 years?” Students, educators, and business and community leaders are invited to participate.
This program will address:
- AI leadership strategy
- Cyber security strategy
- Future employee skills and
- Educational programs that support employee skills
Two one-hour sessions will focus on technology trends, followed by a discussion between the audience and industry leaders. The program concludes with an overview of workforce skills and development initiatives and a presentation of a student poster competition.
Attendees can tour Blount Hall. A continental breakfast is provided.
