RENO, Nev. (CO) – Bully's Sports Bar & Grill will be sold to new owners after the owners announced they are selling the business.
President and CEO Joe Rohn is stepping down from his role as owner and operator of 25 years to spend more time with his family. Lown plans to sell the company to Ron Winchell, owner of Las Vegas-based ECL Gaming.
“This was not a decision I made lightly. I am grateful for the opportunity to step back from my day-to-day role, spend more time with my family, and position Brees and the Brees family for their next best chapter.” We decided it was the right time to make this possible,” Rown said. “Ron has the vision, energy and expertise to build on our success and culture, expand our company, create opportunities for our team, and continue to deliver great experiences for our customers. ”
Ron continued, “We have great employees who have been with us from 1 to 25 years. Our team and customers are what make Bully what it is, and for Ron and ECL Gaming, our people and culture are the best. It’s a priority.”
“Joe and her team have created something amazing,” Winchell said. “Culture is key to what we do. We want to maintain the Bully's brand and modernize our stores to grow our employee base and improve the employee and customer experience. Reno , Sparks, and Carson City are exciting times to be a part of the gaming and entertainment industry.”
