Video game mods can be amazing. While some PC-savvy people use mods to create bizarre additions to their favorite fighting games or re-create game mechanics, others probably never It adds characters to titles that otherwise wouldn't make the cut and could lead to some incredible dream matchups.
What we have here today is a mod for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate that brings you Dudley from Street Fighter 3. Dudley is arguably the best boxer in all of fighting games and video games in general (I'm not biased at all, I swear…). Into the fray. Best of all, this addition will allow us to witness a dream matchup between Dudley and another of video game's best boxers, Little and Mac.
This work came from the mind of T.KO, who naturally used Little Mac as the basis for the Dudley Mod. This is basically an alternate skin for his Mac, but T.KO added all sorts of other embellishments to make Dudley feel more like an independent character.
First, the Dudley mod adds some voice clips as he performs various actions, making him feel like a legitimate addition to the game. Street Fighter 3 Third His Strike sound effects and music have also been implemented to bring this mod to life.
This mod comes with four different color palettes, including Dudley's default green and yellow outfit, pink and white, orange and white, and black and red palettes. All of these are existing colors from the Third Strike and Street Fighter 4 series.
Little Mac's move set fits Dudley very well and the mod looks great. A video has been uploaded featuring this perfect match between the two pugilists, showcasing an epic battle for video game boxing supremacy.
In this day and age, anything can happen. However, it's highly unlikely that Dudley will actually be added to Super Smash Bros. as there are too many other popular Street Fighter characters who would likely be chosen before Dudley.
